Wave traps
Wave traps separate high frequency signals from the heating DC of the glass/window heater. They consist of passive components, coils and capacitors and are also used for interference suppression. Crimp connections ensure a uniform signal.
Switching & control units
The production cycle is concluded with the complete creation of complex switching and control units. he processing of single wires for machine construction from 0.25 mm2 to 120 mm2 is only one element – but an important one – in this cycle.
EMC filter
EMC filters guarantee trouble-free and safe operation of the most diverse components in the automotive industry. They are used where electromagnetic fields could affect the function of a component.
Coaxial cables
We process continuous or rotary coaxial cables fully automatically, including HF antenna connectors. We combine NF single wires with highly flexible silicone cables and fixed conductors. On request, we supply complete components mounted and tested including the receiver, amplifier and suppression systems.
Encapsulation
With ABS plastic, PA (polyamide), Santoprene rubber, silicone and other materials, we implement the most varied overmould solutions – mainly for the automotive sector.
High frequency cable harnesses
Complete HF cable harnesses (high frequency) are used for data transmission, for example, in the receiver and communication systems of automobiles.
